Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Design: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and design high-quality visual assets for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing, and digital ads.
- Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting: Write engaging, relatable, and platform-specific copy for social media posts and marketing collateral.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media features, and memes to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
- Reporting & Analysis: Help compile and analyze weekly/monthly social media performance metrics to optimize future content.
- SEO & Content Support: Assist the team in basic SEO tasks, including keyword research, content formatting, and optimizing images for web performance (alt text, file sizing).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Undergraduate students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or any related field.
- SEO Knowledge: Having a basic understanding of SEO principles (keywords, search intent, on-page SEO) is highly preferred.
- Design Savvy: Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. (Video editing skills like CapCut or Premiere Pro are a huge plus!).
- Creative & Strategic: Ability to translate marketing ideas into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Digital Native: Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn) and their algorithms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio is required: Please attach a link to your design portfolio or sample social media feeds you’ve managed.
