Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research.
- Assist with testing different audiences, ad copies, and creative formats.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the production and development of ad creatives with the Marketing and Creative teams.
- Assist with other digital marketing and promotional activities when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related roles is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship, freelance, or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Have hands-on experience or a basic understanding of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
- Have basic experience or understanding of producing ad creatives (e.g., images, short videos, or ad copy).
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing campaign performance.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with the Content and Creative teams.
- Based in Yogyakarta is preferred.
- Willing to work hybrid/WFH, with the possibility of WFO in Yogyakarta when needed.
