Job Description
· Constantly ask and answer the questions, how can we reach our target audience better, how can we engage them better, and how can we drive them to book with us?
· Help in the formulation of marketing strategies and campaigns in response to the above questions
· Understand the relocation industry more intimately and keep up to date with marketing trends and best practices
· Evaluate performance analytics, gather insights, and find opportunities in our marketing efforts
· Develop, maintain, and optimise SEM and other online ad campaigns
· Support the development and optimisation of our website through SEO and UX
· Plan and support content creation for our marketing efforts
· Take charge of social listening and online reputation management
· Ensure compliance across the company with brand guidelines
· Help in the handling of contractors and agencies when needed
· Keeping minutes of meetings the marketing team is involved in
· Create reports on Word, Excel, or PowerPoint when needed
· Other marketing activities to drive revenue
Requirements (Essential Criteria):
· An understanding that you will sometimes need to communicate across time zones outside of local office hours
· At least one year of experience with lead generation, SEM, SEO, social media, and email campaigns
· Strong knowledge in digital marketing and digital marketing tools, and marketing in general
· Delivered demonstrable results in earlier digital marketing efforts
· An effective understanding of the marketing funnel
· Strong ability in Excel and PowerPoint
· Inquisitiveness and results-oriented
· Ability to articulate your thought processes
Preferred but not required (Desirable Criteria):
· Experience in handling many countries on Google Ads (highly preferred)
· Experience with marketing in China through search engine like Baidu, social media, reviews, and other platforms
· Experience in marketing in any other regions
· Experience in link building and content strategy OR experience in Public Relations
· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other CMS
· Experience in community management
· Copywriting ability
