We are looking for a **smart, honest, dedicated and hardworking Digital Marketing Specialist** who is interested in building a long-term career with our company and working in a professional international environment.

### About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take **full ownership of assigned marketing tasks and campaigns**. You will have the freedom to plan, execute, test and optimize your work while receiving support from the team whenever required.

This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't want to simply follow instructions, but wants to **take responsibility, make decisions, learn continuously and deliver measurable results.**

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Manage and optimize **Google Ads and Meta Ads** campaigns.

* Manage social media platforms and develop engaging content.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor research and market analysis.

* Plan and execute SEO activities.

* Create and manage content for websites and social media.

* Design basic marketing creatives using **Canva** and other design tools.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

* Analyze metrics such as **CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate**.

* Generate and optimize leads through digital marketing campaigns.

* Support B2B marketing and lead-generation activities.

* Assist with email marketing, outreach and cold-calling campaigns when required.

* Use **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other marketing tools**.

* Test different audiences, creatives, keywords, landing pages and campaigns.

* Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution and reporting.

### Training & Learning

**10 days of training will be provided** to help you understand:

* Our company and workflow

* Our clients and target markets

* Digital marketing processes

* Campaign management

* Reporting and analytics

* Internal tools and systems

* Task management and communication processes
