Job Description
- Develop, produce, and publish original TikTok content that effectively showcases and promotes company products in an engaging way.
- Create and manage content plans and content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Contribute to social media strategy development by providing audience insights, content direction, and channel optimization ideas.
- Act as on-screen talent for TikTok content, confidently presenting products and delivering key messages.
- Monitor and analyze TikTok performance using insights and analytics to optimize future content strategies.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, algorithms, features, and platform updates to maintain content relevance and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator; fresh graduates with relevant portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Good understanding of basic shooting techniques, including camera angles, lighting, and framing.
- Experienced in developing content concepts, writing scripts, and delivering engaging storytelling.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and up to date with current beauty trends.
- Creative, proactive, and confident in front of the camera.
