Role Overview:
This hybrid role combines Digital Marketing and UI/UX design expertise. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies to engage target audiences while simultaneously optimizing the user interface and experience of our digital products. This is a strategic role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy making data-driven decisions that impact both product development and market outreach.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, SEO, SEM) to promote our products and services.
● Content and Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging marketing materials and assets that resonate with our audience.
● Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, engagement) to identify areas for optimization.
● Enhance User Experience: Design user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile applications to improve customer satisfaction.
● Conduct User Research: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and development teams to ensure marketing and design efforts align with business goals.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in digital marketing and UI/UX design (minimum 1 years).
● Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
● Proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
● Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user research, and usability testing.
● A keen eye for detail with the ability to deliver creative and data-driven solutions.
● Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
