Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Marketing & Marketing Support Intern PT Karya Sindo Abadi
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Digital Marketing & Marketing Support Intern to join our marketing team and support the growth of our Roastery business under PT. Karya Sindo Abadi (Eighty One Coffee). In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage social media, support marketplace activities, create engaging content, and assist in various marketing initiatives for the Roastery. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in social media, content creation, e-commerce, and F&B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content
- Assist in managing Roastery's Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Help plan and prepare weekly social media content based on the marketing direction.
- Create and develop content ideas, captions, stories, reels, and other social media materials.
- Assist with photo/video content production for products, activities, and promotions.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and identify relevant content ideas for the Roastery.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement on social media.
2. Marketplace
- Assist in managing Roastery's marketplace platforms, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and other relevant platforms.
- Update product information, photos, descriptions, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Assist in setting up marketplace promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor marketplace performance, orders, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales on marketplace platforms.
3. Marketing Support
- Assist the Marketing Manager in executing social media and marketplace campaigns.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and other marketing initiatives for the Roastery.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and coordinating with the design/content team when needed.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify trends and marketing opportunities.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports on social media and marketplace performance.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Active and familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends.
- Familiar with marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
- Comfortable creating or appearing in simple photo/video content is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with the marketing team.
- Having an interest in the F&B, coffee, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
