We are looking for a creative, communicative, and proactive Digital Marketing & Community professional who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Safari Wonders’ social media and digital marketing activities.
- Create content plans and ideas aligned with the brand, products, campaigns, and trends.
- Build audience engagement and maintain active communication with customers and communities.
- Develop and execute community activities to increase engagement and customer loyalty.
- Manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, content creators, and communities.
- Support digital campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and provide basic evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and Retail teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Marketplace, Community, Content, or a related field.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Creative and able to develop engaging content and community activities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.
- Experience in KOL/Influencer or Community Management is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in retail, lifestyle, family, travel is a plus.
