We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Digital Marketing / Ads Specialist to strengthen our online presence, grow our brand, and generate high-quality leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the clinic's business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the clinic's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content, including posts, Stories, Reels, short-form videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Set up, monitor, analyze, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance and return on investment.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports with actionable insights.
- Write SEO-friendly blog articles for the company website and repurpose content for LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support SEO initiatives, including maintaining the clinic's presence on online publications and directories such as Honeycombers, Bali Buddies, What's New Bali, and Bali Bible.
- Research digital marketing trends, competitors, and emerging tools to continuously improve marketing performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles; hands-on experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize results.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Based in Bali.
