Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the digital strategy for clients, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Lead digital innovation and champion the integration of digital platform campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, account, production, etc.) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Supervise and mentor a team of digital including social media specialist, admin, and analytics
- Experience in scaling teams to meet increasing client demands while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Provide clear direction and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth.
- Act as the primary digital expert for clients, offering insights, updates on trends, and strategic counsel.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and the success of digital initiatives.
