Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Social Media Specialist or related position
- Excellent knowledge of Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social media best practice.
- Strong analytical and planning skills; including deep understanding of social media analytics and listening tools
- Expert in some of social media skills: creating engagement content to increase social media engagement, responding to social media assets in a timely manner, tone and manner. etc
- Customer-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Descriptions:
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through email, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and online discussions to increase engagement.
- Assisting in the creation, scheduling, and publication of content across various social media platforms.
- Responsible to create social media strategy for our clients, catch social media opportunities & trends.
- Creating concept for social media short video content to increase
- Responsible for managing & bringing the strategy into life on social media, content ecosystem and digital community for diverse client type
- Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
