1. Content Monitoring & QA: Monitor live streams and vet all recorded videos before posting for platform-policy and internal-guideline compliance; shut down streams immediately if needed to prevent bans
Flag/escalate high-risk behavior, misleading claims, or copyright issues; enforce live host standards; act as final QC check for typos, visual quality, and pricing accuracy.
2. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate streams on sales, contracts, CPA, viewers, comments, inbox, and WhatsApp inquiries; give immediate, actionable feedback and hold teams to adjustment deadlines.
3. Crisis Management & Conflict Resolution: Lead the immediate shutdown protocol and PR/Management coordination during on-camera crises; firmly challenge hosts or marketers who bypass protocols, quality standards, or platform policy.
4. Cross-Border Targeting & E-commerce Growth: Manage cross-border targeting (e.g., Indonesia to Singapore & Hong Kong) and e-commerce API connectors across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
Lead market expansion through new account setup, follower growth initiatives, and TikTok Shop location optimization to maximize market reach and sales performance.
5. AI Utilization & Trend Spotting: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI editors, analytics bots) to speed up review and generate insight; analyze competitor trends; propose new formats, partnerships, or monetization ideas.
6. Scheduling & Workflow: Manage the content calendar for on-time publication across platforms; coordinate creative/hosting teams from creation through posting.
7. Tracking & Reporting: Track account health, warnings, and restrictions; report on compliance, scheduling efficiency, and impact of proposed initiatives.
8. Technical & Creative Support: Perform on-site photo/video fixes before publication; assist with restriction/ban appeals using AI and traditional editing tools.
9. Policy Monitoring & Training: Track TikTok/Meta algorithm, ToS, and guideline changes; brief hosts and marketing staff on new rules or restricted keywords to prevent violations.
