Job Description
- Develop digital brand strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to create relevant and impactful campaigns
- Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions for internal teams (creative and social media)
- Create comprehensive content plans aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives
- Develop and prepare strategic decks for internal alignment, client presentations, and pitching
- Plan and supervise digital campaigns (social media, content, KOL/influencer) from concept to implementation
- Conduct regular evaluation and performance reviews of ongoing projects, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead retainer strategy development, including monthly/quarterly planning and continuous optimization
- Support and lead pitching for new clients and projects, including research, strategy formulation, and presentation
- Collaborate with account, creative, and performance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital agency or marketing strategist role
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (social media, advertising, content, influencers)
- Proven experience in developing content pillars and strategic presentations/decks
- Experience in handling retainer clients and project-based campaigns
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate performance and generate insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in client-facing situations
- Comfortable working on both ongoing projects and new business pitches
- Up-to-date with digital trends and consumer behavior
