Responsibilities:
- Develop a social media strategy and campaign to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Generate, edit, publish, and post daily content (original text, infographics, images, or videos) that resonates with the Indonesian market.
- Ability to do research for inspiration and best practices when it comes to platforms and content formats. In particular, creating fresh content that resonates with the Indonesian market.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Engage with the audience and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Ability to create engaging and creative content.
- Proficient in content creation tools, such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software/apps.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
