- Managing and developing all social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) marketing and campaigns strategy in terms of Ads to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and marketing performance.
- Managing and developing a relationship with KOL, online partner, etc and other social media community.
- Manage and develop social media contents & calendar.
- Initiate conversation in social media channels.
- Identify new trends on social media.
- Developing social media marketing campaign to Monitor the day-to-day of social media campaigns (updating Facebook page, Instagram, and other social media platform).
- Take initiative in suggesting ideas related to social media campaign, and content.
- Produce monthly reports evaluating the effectiveness of social media channels, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide research/learning/matrix of the beauty trends, performance, and competitor overview each month.
- Manage online forum such as: Female Daily, etc
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or higher degree majoring Creative Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, and related to this position.
- Min. 3 years of working experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Planner.
- Extensive knowledge of Social Media Apps and Tools.
- Strategic and critical in terms of developing and implementing the digital plan especially in utilizing the digital Ads, SEO, etc.
- Having strong partnership skills with another party.
- Having ability & experience in social media campaign and content creating.
- Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media, influencers, and creative networking especially for the beauty industry.
- Having a strong skill in social media copywriting.
- Good communication skill, analytical, and presentation skill.
- Have a good grasp of marketing concepts.
- Energetic and passionate in a social media channel.
