We are looking for a tech-savvy, organised, and detail-oriented professional to support both office administration and digital systems. This is not a basic IT support role — you will actively assist with web platforms, documents, spreadsheets, and digital workflows.
IT & Technical Skills (Required)
- Good working knowledge of WordPress, Laravel, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong organisational and technical problem-solving skills
- Knows how to work with Spreadsheets / Excel formulas
- Comfortable handling digital tools and system-related tasks
- Familiar with AI tools (value added)
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Key Responsibilities
- Support office operations (scheduling, emails, documentation)
- Maintain and update websites / web systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents
- Assist with troubleshooting technical and workflow issues
- Help optimise digital processes using modern tools
Requirements
- Applicants must be based in Bali
- Able to manage schedules, emails, and documentation

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and support the team
Hours & Salary
- Full-time position (Monday – Friday)
- Salary depends on experience
