Responsible
- Manage digital ads campaigns
- Handle audience targeting & A/B testing
- Setup tracking & pixels
- Optimize landing pages & conversion funnel
- Analyze & scale campaign performance
- Coordinate with external marketers
Qualification - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising/performance marketing
- Experienced in digital performance marketing across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising ecosystems
- Understand digital marketing funnel, audience journey, and conversion strategy
- Familiar with tracking, pixels, analytics, and CRO
- Analytical & performance-driven mindset
- Able to translate campaign goals into performance marketing strategy
- Able to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and platforms
- Understand international audience targeting and digital marketing ecosystem
- Able to communicate and work comfortably in English
- Comfortable working in a remote and internationally collaborative environment
