Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Marketplace Ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads/GMV Max).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, Conversion Rate, and GMV.
- Proficient in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimization decisions.
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets effectively.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for audiences, creatives, ad copy, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Marketplace Ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and TikTok GMV Max).
- Manage the monthly advertising budget and allocate spending based on campaign objectives and business priorities.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance to ensure campaign KPIs are achieved.
- Analyze advertising performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly advertising performance reports and present findings and recommendations to the Co-Founder and Marketing Team.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Social Media, and Marketplace teams to develop campaign strategies and determine advertising asset requirements.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, placements, and campaign objectives to maximize advertising performance.
