Job Description:
Focus on driving traffic, conversions, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through paid media strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales across marketplaces and digital platforms.
• Optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada Ads, etc.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to track key metrics such as CTR, CR, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
• Perform A/B testing and continuously iterate on campaigns for performance improvement.
• Research, identify, and test new advertising channels to expand audience reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure advertising assets align with campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to refine advertising strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign planning, or digital advertising.
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
