ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not an entry-level role. This is a remote role for a Digital ADs Expert. You will run the Meta and Google Ads campaigns that sell tickets to our shows. Strategy is set together with the CEO; the day-to-day work in the ad accounts is yours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Launch and run Meta and Google Ads campaigns that sell tickets.
• Manage budgets, bids and audiences every day, based on ROAS and cost per ticket.
• Test creatives with our content team: write the briefs, read the results.
• Keep tracking healthy: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, promo codes.
• Protect the budget from wasted spend and bot traffic.
• Report weekly, and review every tour: what sold and what to repeat.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads management with measurable sales — ticketing, events, e-commerce or travel. Courses, internships and personal projects do not count.
• You have personally managed at least USD 100,000 a year in ad spend and can show the results.
• Strong with numbers: ROAS, CPA, attribution windows.
• Clean, policy-safe work: no farmed accounts, no cloaking.
• Fluency in English.
• At least 4 hours of overlap with Jakarta time (UTC+7), Monday to Saturday.
Preferred:
• ChatGPT Ads — a big plus.
• LINE, Viber, RedNote, WeChat or Spotify ads.
