Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Linux system administration (Ubuntu/CentOS).
- Proficient in Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of Nginx, reverse proxy, load balancing, and SSL/TLS configuration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar) and Infrastructure as Code is a plus.
- Familiar with MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB administration.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Jaeger, or similar.
- Experience with networking concepts including DNS, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP, and load balancers.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
- Experience automating infrastructure and operational tasks using Shell Script, Python, or Golang is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered DevOps tools and AI-assisted development tools to improve infrastructure management, troubleshooting, automation, and operational efficiency.
Language Skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred.
