We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development and operations of a scalable, secure, and high-availability superapp platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, system reliability, and production environment management, preferably within fintech, trading, financial services, or other high-traffic technology industries.
Job Description:
- Design, manage, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Build and maintain reliable infrastructure to support superapp development and high-traffic operations
- Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based production servers
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure workflows using GitHub
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are properly implemented
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to support deployment, system integration, and platform scalability
- Implement infrastructure best practices, monitoring systems, and operational standards
- Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
- Participate in 24/7 operational support and shift rotations when required
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure and DevOps operations
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Mandatory experience in fintech, trading platform, financial services, payment gateway, banking, or other high-traffic technology industries
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong expertise in Linux server administration and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Proficient in GitHub and version control best practices
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, high availability, and security best practices
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule when required
Nice-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience handling large-scale applications, fintech platforms, or high-traffic production environments is highly preferred
