QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years experience in DevOps, infrastructure operations, or system administration.
- Strong experience in Linux server administration (required) and Windows Server (a plus).
- Experience managing virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, or OpenStack).
- Proficient in automation and scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible).
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
- Familiarity with Helm, Terraform, and GitOps workflows is a plus.
- Experienced in monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Exposure to Kafka, MQTT, and streaming systems (a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting across OS, app, and platform layers.
- Collaborates well with Infra Architects, developers, and product teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and platform configurations.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Collaborate with Infra Architect and development teams to deploy scalable, reliable infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting across servers, services, containers, and applications.
- Ensure security best practices are enforced in deployment, operations, and access control processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, incorporating observability, performance tuning, and reliability engineering.
- Maintain documentation of runbooks, deployment steps, and operational standards.
