DEVOPS ENGINEER
📌 Responsibilities
* Manage cloud infrastructure across Development, Staging, and Production environments.
* Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
* Manage Docker containers, application configurations, environment variables, and secrets management.
* Build and maintain monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting systems.
* Ensure system uptime, performance, backup, restore, and disaster recovery readiness.
* Manage infrastructure security, including firewall configuration, SSL/TLS certificates, system patching, user access, VPN access and permissions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, operational SOPs, and deployment documentation.
* Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business Owners to support business and technical requirements.
* Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
📋 Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, or in a related technical role.
* Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, and firewall configuration.
* Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, logging, backup, and restore processes.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
* Basic to intermediate scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar programming languages.
* Understanding of secrets management, security best practices, and the principle of least privilege.
* Good technical documentation and communication skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
⭐ Nice to Have / Additional Skills
* Experience with Kubernetes.
* Experience with TypeScript, Python, C#, JavaScript, ReactJS, or NextJS.
* Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenSearch, or OpenTelemetry.
* Experience with Cloudflare, Nginx, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and S3-compatible Object Storage.
* Experience with incident response, high availability, and disaster recovery.
* Mandarin language proficiency is a bonus.
