DevOps Engineer

Roles:

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoring behind our applications. You'll work closely with backend developers to keep releases fast, safe, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
2. Containerize and deploy apps with Docker (Compose or Kubernetes).
3. Manage servers, networking, and cloud resources (AWS, GCP, or VPS).
4. Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar).
5. Automate backups, disaster recovery, and secrets management.
6. Harden security including access control, patching, SSL, firewall rules.
7. Support developers with environment setup and production incidents.
8. Document infrastructure and runbooks.

Requirements:

1. Min. 2 years of experience in DevOps or SysAdmin.
2. Strong proficiency in Linux and shell scripting.
3. Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD.
4. Experience with deploying PHP/Laravel or Node.js applications.
5. Knowledge of Nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Redis operations.
6. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform or Ansible).
7. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Kubernetes.
2. Experience in regulated industries (audit trails, access logging, compliance).
3. Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus.
4. Cost-optimization experience on cloud platforms.
