Responsibilities:
1. Server Management:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server infrastructure (on-premises or cloud).
- Configure and manage Linux/Windows servers.
- Ensure service availability with optimal uptime.
2. Automation and Optimization:
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for company applications.
- Optimize server performance using load balancing, scaling, and caching.
- Manage containers using Docker or Kubernetes.
3. Server Security:
- Perform hardening on server systems and applications.
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and data backups.
- Identify and fix security vulnerabilities.
4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Use monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix to track system performance.
- Handle system incidents and provide quick solutions.
5. Backup and Recovery:
- Manage regular data backups.
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure system continuity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SysAdmin, or similar roles.
- Experience in Linux/Windows server administration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or others.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S).
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
