Deskripsi pekerjaan Developer Lead Nawatech
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Assess new initiatives to determine the work effort and estimate the necessary time-to-completion.
- Collaborate with other technical teams and/or other departments to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the web and mobile business applications.
- Communicates clearly using technical manner to technical members and translated technical requirements into easy-to-understand language to non-technical members.
- Maintain existing code and functionality once it is assimilated into the ongoing operations, reviews the code amongst the team and ensures the team completes the project within the deadline and as company’s requirements
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Preferable 3 years of working experience in the related position.
- Have been involved in an IT project with roles as Business / System Analyst, Programmer and Application support for at least 5 years in total
- Able to communicate in English both written and communication
- Required Skills: PHP, C#.Net, ReactJs, Phyton, API and TSQL (MySQL/SQL Server).
- Proven familiarity of OOP and implementation of software design patterns
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST and XML/JSON
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in both front end and back end
- Like to do coding/programming.
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
- Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
- Good problem solving, analytical and leadership skill.
- Ability to work independently or in a group.
- Able to manage people, task and deadline.
- Ability to adapt and have flexibility within a high-growth organization.
