Job Description :
We are looking for an IT Development Manager to lead our software development team and oversee the development of digital platforms that support our business.
You will be responsible for managing the development process, leading the engineering team, ensuring product quality, and working closely with Product, QA, Design, and other teams to deliver reliable and scalable technology solutions.
Key Accountabilities :
- Lead and manage the software development team to ensure effective performance and delivery.
- Oversee the development process from planning, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
- Manage the development of POS, e-commerce, supply chain, payment, and retail platforms.
- Work closely with Product, QA, Design, and Business teams to define requirements and priorities.
- Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and delivered on time.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), project resources, budgets, and technology partners.
- Drive Agile practices, improve development processes, and ensure technical solutions support business goals and customer needs.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, IT management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven experience leading and managing software development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management.
- Experience in payment systems, payment gateways, banking integrations, or financial technology is highly preferred.
- Experience in payment systems, payment gateways, banking integrations, or fintech is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with modern backend, frontend, mobile, and database technologies such as : Java, Spring Boot, Go, Node.js, React.js, Flutter, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience working with third-party technology partners, vendors, payment gateways, banks, or other external partners.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile application release processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store is a plus
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing.
