Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer
- Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
- At least experience 1-2 years as a Developer Lead
- Leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Problem-solving, analysis, evaluation, and identifying solution
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence
- Preferably someone who has experience in managing teams using agile principles and has knowledge of insurance
- Know about microservices, messaging, CICD, DevSecOps mechanism, AWS SES, AWS S3
- Know about Java, Springboot, React Native, Angular, React JS, Framework springboot, tech stack java, recommend quarkus.
- Follow trends on IT things
- Willing to work WFO (Jakarta Selatan area)
