We are looking for an experienced Desk Collector to join a company operating in the Financial Technology (Fintech) industry.
📍 Location: Radio Dalam, South Jakarta
🏢 Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)
💼 JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct collection activities through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments according to assigned targets.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers to achieve payment resolutions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payment commitments.
- Record and update all collection activities accurately according to company procedures.
🔎 REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Desk Collector / Desk Call in a Fintech company.
- Previous experience in collection, telecollection, or debt collection is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling collection activities through phone and WhatsApp.
- Have an active WhatsApp number.
- Candidates with AFPI/SPPI certification will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work WFO in Radio Dalam, South Jakarta.
- Willing to participate in the recruitment process according to the scheduled interview.
