Designer with Photography Skills @ Thirsty

The challenge

Thirsty is an online direct retailer of craft beers on a mission to put good beers on every hand. We have built an impressive range of affordable craft beers and beer-themed products and we need you to design and produce high quality creative content assets and collaterals that strongly resonates with our audience.

The expectations

We expect you to be a creative designer with a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and exceptional pride in your own work. This is an entry role that requires proficient use of graphic design software tools and basic product and lifestyle photography skills. Ability to produce other artforms such as videos, animation, illustration, 3D or product design would be highly advantageous.

The responsibilities

We expect you to be responsible to design and produce our creative assets and compelling contents, including artwork and images for ads, social media, website, emails, slides and print collaterals. Continuously improve your design process to better resonate with audience and cut production time without sacrificing quality and impact. Set the high standard of what a beautiful yet functional artwork and design would be.

The objectives

· Within 1 month, we expect you to have familiarize yourself with our design styles and guidelines, taken over all the design work for social media, website, product, emails and print collaterals and consistently produce quality designs that exceed expectations with little or no guidance.

· Within 3 months, we expect you to have learnt a few new skills through self-learning, demonstrated measurable quality and speed improvements in your existing work while consistently producing quality design work.

· Within 6 months, we expect you to have mastered at least a couple new skills and initiate or take over projects that require such skills, while consistently increasing the output and quality of your existing design work.
