Salary Range: Rp5,000,000 – Rp8,500,000 per month

Qualifications:
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate; D3/S1 in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred, with experience in graphic design or creative design, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Creative, communicative, honest, disciplined, responsible, proactive, enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about the F&B industry, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva Pro; knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Highly creative with the ability to create various design materials, including logo design, supported by a modern visual taste, an understanding of F&B content trends, and the ability to produce engaging and communicative copywriting.
- Must submit a design portfolio relevant to the F&B industry.
- Able to work under deadlines, adapt to changing briefs, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
- Design social media content, promotional materials, packaging, and branding for both offline and online events (including online applications and social media posts) in accordance with brand guidelines while maintaining consistency in the brand's visual identity, including colors, images, and fonts.
- Create illustrations and design concepts by preparing rough drafts, maintaining organized archives of master files, design assets, and print-ready technical files, and coordinating with external vendors such as printing companies when required to ensure project completion.
- Schedule engaging social media content that aligns with the target audience, edit event documentation (photos and videos) for social media stories and other content updates, and analyze the performance of digital and offline promotional content to provide recommendations for improving engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the Event Planner and Product Research departments, to support marketing and branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research within the scope of design to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities in the F&B sector.
