Job Description :
- Overall responsible for the app/web interface visual design of the securities company's trading platform, controlling company platform design style and optimizing the design specifications;
- Demonstrate high quality design practices, this includes participation in all aspects of UX, user and competitors research, ideation, strategy, interaction design and visual design;
- Have a deep understanding of securities/stock brokerage business, be good at conception and creativity, and use a variety of design methods to complete design delivery;
- Be sensitive to design trends and data, understand the competitor, and actively explore any integration based on trends and other financial products;
- Lead and mentor a team of designers Job requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above in visual design related majors;
- More than 5 years of experience in Internet product design, especially securities /mutual fund product design experience;
- Familiar with web, iOS, android design specifications and proficient in PS, AI, and others design software;
- Possess solid basic design skills, excellent visual expression and design vision, and pay attention to details;
- Have a clear understanding and practice of design system and design language composition;
- Have experience led 1 app design and formulation.
- Believe in client first, valuing user experience and feedback, attention to details.
- Can use mandarin or English as working language. Has experience working in global companies is a plus
- Pursue the excellence, being radical truthful, open minded and smart.
