Deskripsi pekerjaan Design Quality Engineer PT EVERPRO INDONESIA TECHNOLOGIES
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for promoting, monitoring, and optimizing product development quality management processes.
2. Lead new product quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement activities to ensure effective implementation.
3. Monitor the timeliness of key processes and activities during new product development stages.
4. Participate in product design reviews/verification, critical component selection, process reviews/verification, and test case reviews. Follow up on the evaluation, rectification, and closure of related risk points.
5. Track the analysis, rectification, and closure of issues during product testing, trial production/NPI processes. Monitor quality objectives such as yield, issue points, and trial production pass rates.
6. Conduct milestone/key node controls for projects according to new product management processes, including review and entry/exit controls.
7. Evaluate and initiate material approval and sample sealing activities.
8. Establish a ledger for new product quality issues, statistically monitor product quality data (e.g., trial production yield, reliability pass rate, customer validation pass rate), and coordinate the analysis, rectification, and closure of top issues.
9. Summarize and review new products and major anomalies, accumulate experience, and horizontally apply lessons learned to other products or new product development processes. Improve product quality control strategies and measures, and track their execution.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, or Engineering Management fields. Minimum 5 years of experience as a PQA or DQE, preferably in the optical communication industry.
2. Familiar with quality management systems and related quality tools, such as ISO9001, QC Seven Tools, SPC, D/PFMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, etc.
3. Proficient in new product introduction (NPI) control processes and experienced in process improvement.
4. Possess systematic quality management thinking, strong logical skills, and the ability to summarize and use data effectively.
5. Excellent communication and execution skills, proactive attitude, and strong team collaboration awareness.
