About the Role
PT Senada Nijdam Design is looking for a Design Production & Interior Designer (Bali-based / Monthly Freelance) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing design production, technical coordination, and interior project requirements on-site in Bali, while collaborating closely with our core team in Jakarta, as well as local clients, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site visits and project supervisions in Bali to ensure execution aligns with the approved design concepts.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Jakarta headquarters and local contractors/vendors for smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, layout plans, and material alignments when required.
- Provide regular progress reports and handle site-related troubleshooting promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant major.
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design, drafting, or design production/site supervision.
- Currently based in Bali and fully ready for on-site project mobilizations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to bridge remote collaboration effectively between Bali and Jakarta.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, D5, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or rendering tools).
- Work Arrangement Note: This is a freelance position with a monthly payment scheme, specifically dedicated to supporting our projects in Bali while coordinating with our Jakarta office.
