We are looking for a highly driven and motivated intern who can thrive in a startup culture. Having just raised our Series A2 funding round, we are growing our team and expanding aggressively. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for anyone with great visual design and storytelling skills to play a key role in a young and dynamic Marketing team.
About the role
As WhyQ’s in-house Design Intern, your primary role will be working closely with the Marketing team to create and design high impact and aesthetically effective graphics and collaterals.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and edit a high volume of in-house original graphics across online and offline marketing channels (eDM, web & social media posts, tactical campaigns), aligning with WhyQ’s brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing/social media team to help guide overall moodboard, storyboard, concept ideation, production and editing.
• Planning, shooting, and editing both photoshoot content, as well as video footage to be used across digital media channels (e.g. Facebook, IG, Tiktok, etc).
• Dynamic and creative, you have a keen sense of detail and aesthetic across all visual medium.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in art, design, or related discipline.
• Ability to do photography and basic videography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, FCP/ Premiere Pro) and web design application/ tools.
• Excellent art and design skills
• Comfortable to work in a low hierarchy, fast-paced, start-up environment
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
