Job Description / Responsibilities :
1. Create and develop creative visual designs for hotel promotional materials, both digital and printed.
2. Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, menus, vouchers, and event materials.
3. Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
4. Ensure all visual materials are aligned with the hotel's brand guidelines and corporate identity.
5. Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events.
6. Edit and enhance photos and visual assets for marketing and branding purposes.
7. Assist in creating visual concepts for hotel events, weddings, meetings, and F&B promotions.
8. Manage and maintain the hotel's digital asset library, including photos, videos, and design files.
9. Coordinate with vendors and printing suppliers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
10. Stay updated with design trends, hospitality marketing trends, and emerging creative technologies.
11. Support branding initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance guest engagement and brand awareness.
12. Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, hotel, lifestyle, or tourism industries.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
4. Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms is an advantage.
5. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design, branding, and digital content creation.
6. Understanding of social media content trends and digital marketing principles.
7. Excellent creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
9. Good communication and teamwork skills.
10. Experience in photography, photo retouching, and content production is highly preferred.
11. Familiarity with hotel operations, hospitality branding, and guest-focused marketing is an advantage.
12. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
