Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer in Labamu’s Marketing Division, you will develop visual content that supports performance marketing, product education, and brand storytelling. You will collaborate with teams across marketing especially Growth, Performance, CRM, and Product Marketing to produce conversion-driven, brand-aligned creatives.
This role is best suited for designers who enjoy creating digital marketing content, understand SMEs’ needs, and thrive in fast-paced SaaS/fintech environments.
✨ Key Responsibilities
· Design digital assets for ads, social media, email marketing, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
· Produce visuals explaining Labamu’s product features such as POS, invoicing, QR Menu, omnichannel commerce, and more.
· Support multi-channel campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email, aligned with Labamu’s Campaign Management solution.
· Create design materials for SME programs like Wanita Tumbuh Bersama, highlighting Labamu’s community empowerment initiatives.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Team to iterate creatives for performance improvements (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
· Maintain strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing and product touchpoints.
🎯 Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing-focused role.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially:
o Adobe Illustrator (primary for branding & illustrations)
o Adobe Photoshop (ads, social media, product visualization)
o Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (bonus for motion content)
· Ability to edit short-form videos using CapCut (for reels, TikTok, UGC-style content).
· Strong understanding of digital ads, performance-oriented creatives, and marketing design principles.
· Ability to visually simplify SaaS/fintech concepts into clear, user-friendly graphics.
· A compelling portfolio showcasing digital marketing design work.
