Design Development Staff

Very Good Brand (FnB Industry) is hiring for Design Development Staff!

Job Description

- Handle the end-to-end design process, from concept development and design detailing to on-site execution

- Develop interior, spatial, and exterior design aligned with the project's vision and brand direction

- Prepare design presentations, drawings, mood boards, material selections, and other design documentation

- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout the project

- Conduct site visits and supervise design implementation to ensure alignment with the approved design and quality standards

- Identify design or execution issues and provide practical solutions while maintaining the original design intent

Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or related industries

- Strong understanding of spatial, interior, and exterior design

- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and construction details

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent

- Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Hospitality project experience is a plus
