Job Description:
- Develop interior design concepts based on internal requirements.
- Create layout plans, mood boards, and produce 2D and 3D visual renderings.
- Prepare cost estimates (BOQ) and determine material requirements.
- Supervise production and on-site installation to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with the production team, vendors, and clients throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor project progress.
- Provide design revisions based on feedback and project needs.
- Ensure all design outputs meet quality, safety, and timeline standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Blender, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and fabrication processes will be advantage
- Excellent visual, spatial, and conceptual design skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination abilities.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
