Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the projects to ensure high-quality design outcomes that meet specifications and project timelines.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project milestones and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in interior design, with a focus on project management. (fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a design team.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
