Responsibilities
- Create interior concepts and designs based on project requirements and client needs.
- Prepare layouts, mood boards, working drawings, and interior design visualizations.
- Select suitable materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and decorations according to the design concept.
- Coordinate with architects, civil, MEP teams, and contractors regarding interior project execution.
- Revise designs based on project needs or management/client feedback.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements for project areas.
- Ensure interior works are completed according to design, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Supervise interior work progress on site.
- Prepare material and interior finishing estimations.
- Create progress reports and project documentation related to interior works.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior design.
- Good English both spoken and written
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
- Strong creativity and good design sense.
- Good understanding of interior materials and finishing details.
- Able to work under deadlines and project targets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
