Role Overview

As an Interior Designer specializing in carpets and a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content to enhance brand awareness and audience interaction across multiple digital platforms. You will also be responsible for developing carpet concepts and creating design proposals that align with client needs and the brand’s identity. You will play a key role in developing content strategies, staying up to date with social media trends, and ensuring our brand remains visually appealing and relevant.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

• Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and foster a strong community.

• Produce high-quality photos, graphics, and videos that align with the brand’s identity.

• Edit and optimize content to maximize engagement and relevance.

• Stay up to date with digital and social media trends to develop innovative content strategies.

• Develop content pillars and adapt strategies across different platforms.

• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

• Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in engagement and follower growth.

• Design carpet concepts and layouts with a strong understanding of proportion, composition, and spatial aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Maximum age of 25

• Experience in graphic design, photography, and videography is a plus.

• Familiarity with content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut) is preferred.

• A creative thinker with a strong visual aesthetic.

• Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content.

• Strong ability to edit photos and videos with great attention to detail.

• Highly creative with a strong understanding of social media trends.

• Able to work under deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

• Strong understanding of copywriting (hooks, titles, and engaging content) for the target market.

• Familiarity with content performance analysis is a plus.
