Scope of Work
1. Develop architectural and interior design layouts.
Create 3D models and visualizations for design presentations.
2. Perform post-production editing for rendered images.
3. Prepare technical drawings and drafting documentation.
4. Coordinate with the construction/supervision team throughout project execution.
5. Attend meetings and coordinate directly with clients regarding project requirements and progress.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the architecture and/or interior design field.
2. Proficient in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
D5 Render (or equivalent rendering software)
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Office
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
4. Available to work:
Monday–Friday: Active working days
Saturday: Available for online coordination when required

Preferred Qualifications
1. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
2. Good understanding of construction details and technical drawings.
3. Strong design sense and attention to detail.
