What you'll do
- Create motion graphic pieces from scratch to showcase our products and specific features
- Edit footage from events, interviews, and other recordings into polished, shareable videos
- Own the full process: concept, edit, motion, sound, and final delivery
- Turn rough or unstructured footage into clear, engaging stories that fit our brand
- Cut content for multiple formats and aspect ratios (LinkedIn, YouTube, vertical/social)
- Use AI tools to generate images, audio, and voiceover where useful, blending them naturally with real footage and original motion work
- Source or work with music, sound effects, and voiceover (AI generated or otherwise) to round out final pieces
What we're looking for
- Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video editing work, particularly product or feature explainers and event/interview edits
- A sharp eye for pacing, story, and visual polish
- Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Fluency with AI generation tools (image, audio, voiceover) and the judgement to know when to use them versus real assets
- Self-starter mindset: organized, reliable, and able to take an idea and run with it
- Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively with a small, fast-moving team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Tools
- Cavalry: motion graphics and animation
- Jitter: short-form animated content and reels
- Figma (motion/prototyping): handoff and lightweight motion work
- Video editing software of your choice (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) for raw footage edits
- AI generation tools for images, audio, and voiceover (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar)
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B or SaaS product marketing
- Knowledge or background in the construction industry
- Comfortable working from a brief with minimal direction, and suggesting ideas proactive
