Dermatology Junior Product Manager
Female:
28 - 35 years old
Location:
Halim Perdanakusumah, East Jakarta
Skills & Competencies:
- S1 in Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economy/Management/Pharmacy/Biology/Health, Apothecary preferable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (dermatological product is a plus point)
- Experienced in Product Management especially for esthetical and dermatological product
- Communication skills and leadership
- English proficiency
- Willing to go on business trip
Job Descriptios:
- Develop marketing strategies using data and provide insight to identify market growth and risk.
- Develop brand communication materials to support the sales team and collaborate to improve promotion.
- Analyze competitors and customers insights and use them into brand plans and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors (KOLs), and support educational activities to strengthen brand credibility.
- Initiate and execute marketing programs, monitor and evaluate for continuous data-driven improvement.
- Lead collaboration with sales teams and related functions to ensure strategic alignment and achieve targets.
