🔑 Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary (preferred) or Business, Economics, Management, Biology, Health
- 3+ years of marketing experience (dermatological product experience is a plus)
- Strong background in product management for esthetic/dermatological products
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in English
- Willing to travel for business
📌 What You’ll Do
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Create impactful brand communication materials to support sales and promotions
- Conduct competitor and customer insight analysis to strengthen brand plans
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors (KOLs) and support educational activities
- Initiate, execute, and evaluate marketing programs for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
