Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields.
- Familiar with cement production processes, equipment, and quality control systems.
- Strong production management skills and hands-on experience in overseeing cement plant operations.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proven team management ability with leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the cement industry.
Job Resposibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising the cement production process to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Ensure smooth equipment operation and support maintenance and improvement plans.
- Oversee quality control to meet national and company standards.
- Implement environmental protection measures and ensure compliance.
- Manage team resources effectively and optimize production costs.
