Deskripsi pekerjaan Deputy Manager - International Partnerships & Programs Sun Education Group

Job Description:

  • Together with Product Manager in making good selection on products regarding universities and colleges in the allocated countries and continuously seeking for new collaboration/partnership that will add value to our existing portfolio
  • Be a management representative and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Setting sales target for branch
  • Negotiate with partner institution for agency agreement and reasonable target along with incentive bonus.
  • Talent Management (Star player) and Succession Planning
  • Monitoring sales progress, determine the focus and priority for sales for our partner institutions
  • Help student counselor (sales) to boost selling with product training
  • Branch visit (occasionally)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from any major (overseas graduates)
  • Good communication skills (fluent in English) is a must
  • Matured attitudes and can work with minimum supervision
  • Min 2 years of experience in Sales/Product Marketing for Overseas University is an advantage
  • Full WfO: Meruya, Jakarta Barat
