Job Description
As our Astronaut, you will do:
- Assisting for learning end-to-end process
- Facilitating and conduct one of learning classes
- Responsible to maintain self-learning program
- Monitor learning Follow-ups
- Support Deployment Training Team by doing research and giving recommendations for
- Manage several types of learning and evaluation tools for OPS programs, such as tests, worksheets and activities
- Handle the operational preparation of specific projects for OPS programs with a team
Job Requirements
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Final year student/Fresh Graduate
- Available for minimum 3 months internship
- Having an interest in education products, preferably from Psychology major
- Creative minds who are eager to look for fresh ideas, current trends, and different insights about various topics
- Must have a positive attitude
- Passionate in People Development (Training) & Human Resources
- Have a good taste about content visualization (Knowledge in Videographer and Editing Plus)
- Good command in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly adaptive, self-started, agile and up-to-date person
